Heavy barbell partner chipper with gymnastic finisher. Three couplets of run + heavy barbell/gymnastics separated by double-unders. The deadlifts at 315/225 are brutally heavy, hang clean-and-jerks demand technique under fatigue, and ring muscle-ups test upper-body endurance at the end.
