Descending 3-round barbell and gymnastics chipper from the 2014 CrossFit Games. Heavy cycling at 155/105 lb pairs with progressively harder pulling (pull-ups to C2B to bar muscle-ups). Each group of 3 barbell movements plus 3 gymnastics movements uses a descending rep scheme that shrinks each pass. Expect the barbell to get heavier mentally as grip fatigues from the gymnastic volume.
