- Stimulus
- High-volume triplet AMRAP with 80 reps per round across 20 minutes. Box jumps and pull-ups at 30 reps each create significant leg and grip fatigue, while the 20 push presses at 115/75 lb provide a heavy barbell challenge. Each round should take approximately 3-4 minutes. The pull-ups become the limiter as grip fatigues from both the barbell and the bar. Aim for 5-7 rounds at Rx.
