- Symmetrical chipper with a palindrome structure: pull-ups, run, thrusters, long run, thrusters, run, pull-ups. The 100 total pull-ups are the main limiter for most athletes, bookending moderate-weight thrusters and running. The 800-meter run in the middle provides a forced pace reset. Shoulders and grip are under constant demand from pull-ups and thrusters. Should take 18-28 minutes.
