- Metabolic triplet that punishes the legs hard each round. The bike forces high-output cardio, then front squats demand quad-heavy barbell cycling, and man makers finish with a full-body dumbbell complex. Rest is nonexistent at 20 minutes — expect 5-7 rounds for competitive athletes. Man makers at 5 reps are deceptively fatiguing.
