- Unique triplet combining a barbell carry run, rope climbs, and heavy thrusters. Running with a barbell is awkward and taxes grip, shoulders, and core in an unconventional way. Rope climbs test grip after the carry, and thrusters at 135/95 lb are heavy enough to require breaking sets. Three rounds keeps this manageable in duration but brutal in intensity.
