Stimulus
Descending five-movement barbell-and-bike ladder with elite-level loads. The deadlift at 300/200 lb and bench at 200/135 lb will force early breaks on the first few rounds; pull-ups and bike calories become the recovery movements by comparison. Total work: 55 reps each of deadlifts, power cleans, bench presses, pull-ups, and 55 calories on the bike. Expect 25-40 minutes even for strong athletes.
