Stimulus
Long, grinding workout with 4 movements per round across 6 rounds. The 400-meter sandbag carry opens each round and taxes the legs, grip, and lungs before moving to barbell and box work. Push presses and sumo deadlift high pulls challenge the shoulders and posterior chain. Box jumps provide a plyometric break but add to leg fatigue. Pacing is critical - this is a 35-50 minute grinder.
