- Stimulus
- Unique grip endurance test. Hang from the bar for 6 minutes total - every time you drop, you must complete an 800-meter run and 30 push-ups before returning to hang. The penalty creates a vicious cycle: dropping means more fatigue, which means more dropping. Athletes with strong grip may only drop 2-3 times; weaker athletes could face 5+ penalties. Grip and mental toughness are paramount.
