- Long chipper with descending reps of back squats and bench presses broken up by 800-meter runs. Legs are under constant assault from both running and squatting. The bench press taxes the upper body between runs. Total volume: 105 back squats, 105 bench presses, 4 runs. The single muscle-up at the end is a final skill test when completely fatigued. Should take 30-45 minutes.
