- Benchmark that marries Cindy's gymnastic endurance with Grace's barbell cycling. Each cycle demands 15 rounds of Cindy body-weight movements followed immediately by a barbell sprint. The C&J at 135/95 should be fast singles or touch-and-go — the fatigue from 45 pull-ups and 90 push-ups per cycle makes even moderate barbell loads feel heavy. Expect to slow significantly in cycles 2 and 3.
