- 10 rounds of 5 upper-body and leg movements with staggered rep schemes — push-ups and dips ascend, chin-ups descend, pull-ups ascend slowly, pistols stay fixed at 5. 165 push-ups, 55 pull-ups, 110 dips, 55 chin-ups, 50 pistols. The ascending push-ups (ending at 30) and dips (ending at 20) in later rounds are where athletes break.
