- Short, heavy triplet with three demanding movements. The front squat at 165/115 lb is the centerpiece — this is a heavy, near-1RM weight for many athletes and will need to be taken from a rack. C2B pull-ups precede it, arriving at each round with pre-fatigued pulling muscles. Burpees close each round. Only 30 reps per movement, but the weight and gymnastics standard make this extremely challenging. Target sub-10 minutes for elite athletes.
