SOCOM Athlete hero WOD — three 1,200-m runs bookend and connect two sets of 100 push-ups, 25 broad jumps, and 100 sit-ups, all under a weight vest. The total push-up and sit-up count is 200 each; upper body and core fatigue compound drastically. Broad jumps add explosive hip power demands between the grinding calisthenics. Expect 45-60 minutes.
