- Weighted chipper with two mile runs bookending high-volume bodyweight work. The 20 lb vest adds load to every movement including the runs and box jumps. 300 total bodyweight reps between the runs, with the second mile being the mental and physical crux after accumulating all that volume under load. Expect the box jumps at the end to be especially taxing with fatigued legs in a vest.
