Stimulus
Descending rep scheme with a shared kettlebell for the first two movements. The opening round of 40 reps per movement is a significant volume test for grip and legs, but each subsequent round gets shorter. Toes-to-bars tax the grip already fatigued from swings and squats. The 100 total reps per movement reward athletes who can maintain large unbroken sets early.
