- Team endurance WOD where all 4 athletes must complete every movement together. The synchronized 400-m run creates a natural team pacer — the slowest athlete sets the tempo. DB deadlifts and sit-ups are done by each individual, accumulating significant volume (150 reps each movement per person) over 5 rounds. Teamwork and consistent pacing are the key demands.
