Stimulus
Descending burpee-and-kettlebell triplet with three stations of burpees between every kettlebell movement. Every round contains burpees three times over — the descending rep scheme provides hope but the accumulated burpees are relentless. Heavy KB weights at 32/20 kg make the thrusters and SDLHP demanding from round 1.
