- High-output triplet with a tight 12-minute time cap — the 30-lb wall ball and 90 double-unders per round make this significantly harder than it looks. Burpees to a target add elevation and intensity. Athletes should be able to string large sets of double-unders; breaking the wall balls into 2-3 sets each round is expected.
