Heavy triplet grind with a high-demand pull-up variation. The burpee pull-up is a compound movement that taxes the upper body and cardiovascular system simultaneously. Front squats at 155/105 lb are heavy enough to force short sets. Box jumps provide leg demand and active recovery. Each round of 60 reps is a serious push.
