Stimulus
A descending triplet hero WOD that cycles through double-unders, box step-ups, and push presses across four rounds of decreasing reps (40-30-20-10). The double-unders tax coordination and calves; the step-ups build unilateral leg volume; the push press demands overhead endurance.
