Long-duration hero AMRAP combining bodyweight conditioning, barbell cycling, wall ball volume, and a loaded carry run. The sandbag run is the pacing anchor — 200 m with 60/40 lb on the shoulder takes 60-90 seconds and serves as active recovery between the faster movements. Athletes should aim for consistent rounds rather than going out fast early. Expect 6-9 rounds for fit athletes.
