Stimulus
Chipper with a recurring wall ball penalty interrupting the work. Every time the clock hits a new minute, athletes stop and complete 7 wall balls before resuming. This creates a time pressure dynamic — moving faster through the burpees and cleans means fewer wall ball interruptions. Power cleans at 135/95 lb sandwiched between two rounds of 25 burpees creates significant fatigue. Athletes who pace well will take 6-8 wall ball breaks; fast athletes may take only 4-5.
