Selah CrossFit hero WOD honoring Aaron Blanchard. Four grueling rounds built around an 800 m vest run followed by 128 reps of bodyweight and weighted movements. The weight vest adds continuous resistance to every rep. By round 3 and 4 the cumulative fatigue from the vest run and high-rep burpees becomes the primary obstacle. This workout rewards pacing — recklessly fast early rounds will crater the back half.
