Workout Details

Stimulus
A full-body chipper spanning 12 movements and every major energy pathway. The early gymnastics and plyometrics give way to heavy kettlebell and dumbbell work mid-workout, then wall balls and rope climbs finish you off. Pacing through the box jumps and ring dips is critical — blowing up there will make the back half miserable. Expect legs, grip, and lungs all to be taxed simultaneously.
