- A pure squat chipper that demands exceptional strength, positional stability, and the ability to manage heavy barbells under deep fatigue. Three barbell setups with descending reps but also descending weight — the most demanding position (overhead squat) comes last when legs are most fatigued. Each set should be a near-maximal effort. Not a conditioning test; a strength and positional test.
