- High-rep barbell cycling workout capped with an assault bike sprint each round. The 95/65 lb barbell stays loaded across SDLHP, push press, and lunges — requiring good cycling mechanics and grip endurance. Burpees arrive after 30 barbell reps and serve as an active rest of sorts before the 10-calorie sprint on the bike. Five rounds compounds the fatigue significantly. Target 20-25 minutes for fit athletes.
