Stimulus
Heavy barbell AMRAP with a monostructural drag. The squat cleans and bent-over rows at the same load demand hip and back strength; push-ups provide a chest/tricep buffer; 20 calories on the assault bike creates the metabolic spike each round. Athletes should target 4-6 rounds. Rounds should take 3-4 minutes each.
