The 85/53 lb KB thrusters are heavy — athletes with a lighter thruster max will be doing singles quickly. KB sumo deadlift high-pulls at the same load tax the upper traps and hips before the burpee box jumps (30/24 in) demand leg power under fatigue. The 10-calorie bike punishes anyone who burned out early. Pace carefully — this is a full-body accumulation test.
