- High-volume leg-dominant couplet. Fifty back squats followed immediately by fifty calories on the standing Assault bike — seat removed to force a full-body cycling effort. Each round will tax the quads, glutes, and lungs severely. The standing bike after squats is uniquely punishing. Expect significant leg fatigue to accumulate across rounds.
