CrossFit Eleven benchmark — heavy thrusters immediately followed by pull-ups and a large set of burpees. The thruster weight at 135/95 lb is demanding; athletes who cannot string reps will struggle with the time commitment before 25 burpees each round. Expect 18-25 minutes for most athletes. Pure test of strength-endurance.
