Moderate-paced triplet with consistent rounds. Goal is 7-9 rounds. Balance pace between gymnastics fatigue and leg endurance. Wall balls and box jumps will tax the legs while toes-to-bars challenge grip and midline. Expect rounds to slow after minute 8-10.
