Stimulus
Three 5-minute max effort intervals testing muscular endurance and aerobic capacity. Shuttle runs demand repeated acceleration and deceleration. Bar muscle-ups require explosive power under fatigue. High heart rate throughout with brief transitions between AMRAPs.
