- High-volume gymnastic endurance test. Moderate weight dumbbell snatches with unilateral fatigue, taxing midline work via toes-to-bar, and sustained push-up volume. Expect 4-6 rounds for most athletes. Grip and shoulder stamina are limiting factors.
