Stimulus
High-volume aerobic capacity test with advanced gymnastics. Steady burpee pace for 3 minutes followed by max-effort muscle-ups. Expect muscular endurance fatigue in shoulders, triceps, and core across 4 rounds. Target 80-120 total burpees and 16-32 total muscle-ups at Rx.
