- Short, heavy couplet-style sprint with bodyweight-relative deadlifts. At 1.5x BW, even 3 reps per round will challenge grip and posterior chain when fatigued from burpees and box jumps. Only 72 total reps but the deadlift loading makes each round feel heavier. Should be completed in under 12 minutes.
