Run-heavy hero WOD with a core-intensive middle section — two 1.5-mile runs bookend a symmetrical plank and V-up sequence. The shoulder taps (200 total) and V-ups (45 total) are relatively short compared to the runs but test core stability and endurance. Athletes who pace the first run should have enough left to push the second.
