- Long-duration chipper alternating timed runs with 50-rep bodyweight blocks. The 5-minute runs enforce a consistent aerobic pace and mean total run distance will vary by athlete fitness. Each bodyweight block of 50 reps arrives on already-fatigued legs and lungs. Burpees in the middle are the hardest block — hitting them mid-workout tests mental toughness. Expect 30-40 minutes for most fit athletes.
