Hero triplet demanding pulling strength, posterior-chain power, and quad endurance. The C2B pull-ups are the limiting factor — 35 total reps at the prescribed standard will challenge all but the strongest athletes. Heavy KB swings and 105 wall balls over 5 rounds create significant grip and shoulder fatigue. Athletes should target sub-25 minutes.
