- 21-minute AMRAP mixing running with bodyweight gymnastics. The descending rep scheme within each round (21/21/15/9) means the round starts heavy and gets lighter, but the 400m run at the top of each cycle ensures heart rate never drops. Pull-ups at the end of the round become the limiter as grip fades.
